This site collects only the information you choose to send: contact details, goals and availability through the enquiry and booking forms, show applications, newsletter sign-ups, and the goals, plans and check-ins you save in your client account.

Your information is used only to respond to your requests, deliver coaching and send the newsletter you asked for. Enquiries, bookings and applications are visible only to Lucas. Client account data is private to you and Lucas.

The fitness chat does not save your conversation history. Chat questions are processed to generate an answer and are not stored.

Your information is never sold. To access, correct or delete your data, contact Lucas at the email address shown on the home page.
